Business Development Executive
WNMedia Ltd has an opportunity for driven, focused, self-motivated business brains to work on print and digital media sales.
WNMedia Ltd has a portfolio of finance, business, technology and travel magazines offering editorial, videos, microsites and more. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality products for both new and repeat clients.
The role involves:
- Communicating with senior decision-makers
- Sales of print and digital advertising, feature and special report sponsorship
- Developing new features and commercial opportunities
- Sourcing and developing sales leads
- Pitching prospects by phone and email
- Closing deals
Typical deal sizes range between £10,000 and £100,000, but we would love to meet the business development person who can top that!
The successful candidate has the potential to help shape the future of the business by working closely with our production team to set up new products and untapped markets that are in demand to potential clients.

World News Media is a web and print-based publishing house based in central London currently offering a position for an enthusiastic intern to research and write feature length articles.
Over the course of three months, our interns gain experience of working in a busy publishing environment, in a tight-knit and diverse editorial department, as well as developing an insight into financial journalism. You will get support and advice from our experienced journalists, and for the right candidate, there could be the opportunity to contribute features to our print magazines.

This is a paid internship, at £255 a week (£51 per day) and we are looking for people to start as soon as possible.
