Synchronised banners

Fixed leaderboard advertisement, 960px (width) x 160px (height) plus one in-site banner space. The timings of the two animated banners can be made to match so that the content of each banner appears to interact with the other. Aside from the obvious prominence of the leaderboard position, the secondary banner placed beneath it – and joined by way of linked animation from one to the other – can be used effectively to guide attention to the main banner. Movement between the two draws the eye naturally towards the large and more prominent leaderboard banner, particularly on pages where this movement is offset against static text
